Hi cool pdf, only thing I would point out is in experience website submissions are needed if content will be limited.
Add in replying to comments on your site and interacting with your visitors is another good, simple and free way to increase popularity, relating to your audience and is also good for SEO.
Lastly maybe add social bookmarking as a feature as it is currently the easiest way to push free traffic.
